A journey without online payment
You can browse offers, prepare a selection and send RAISINFTD an enquiry. The form is not a binding purchase order, creates no obligation to pay and authorises no debit. A receipt page confirms only technical transmission of the enquiry; it is not project acceptance, availability confirmation or contract confirmation. No customer account or subscription is created.
Prices, scope and proposal
“From” amounts indicate a total starting budget for the described base scope, including applicable taxes for consumers. They are neither universal prices nor hidden charges added by the enquiry form. RAISINFTD checks the requirements and provides a quotation setting out the total price, applicable tax treatment, deliverables, exclusions, schedule, payment terms and validity. No additional cost or third-party subscription is incurred without prior agreement.
Delivery and collaboration
Work starts after written scope and prerequisite approval. The client provides necessary content, authorisations and minimum access through an agreed channel and maintains an appropriate backup. The quotation identifies review stages and acceptance criteria. Out-of-scope requests require an additional proposal and are not automatically added. An indicative timeframe does not replace the performance date agreed in the contract.
Tools, ownership and confidentiality
Usage rights or assignments for bespoke deliverables are defined in the accepted proposal. Existing tools, third-party software and open-source components retain their own rights and licences. Access is limited to the engagement; non-public information received for it is used only for agreed purposes, subject to legal obligations. A service does not automatically transfer all reusable methods or components.
Businesses and individuals
A business client identifies its organisation, representative and operating constraints. B2B provisions, including applicable payment deadlines and late-payment charges, are supplied with the offer and are not applied to an individual consumer. Consumers retain mandatory information, withdrawal and guarantee rights where applicable. Being described as a professional does not remove statutory protection available in the client's circumstances.
Cancellation and international projects
Before accepting a quotation, you may withdraw or change your enquiry without cancelling a purchase. After a contract is concluded, agreed terms and statutory rights apply; this site imposes no blanket no-refund rule. Enquiries from France, the European Union, the United Kingdom and other countries are assessed for technical feasibility, language, applicable rules and tax obligations. No website provision removes mandatory consumer protection that applies to you.
