Controller and information involved
RAISINFTD, 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France, is the controller for enquiries addressed to it. Personal-data contact: business@raisinftd.store. Forms may collect your name, email, customer type, selected services, requirements, stated budget or timeframe; telephone and additional information are optional. The host may process technical connection and security information.
Purpose and legal basis
We process an individual's quotation enquiry to take pre-contractual steps at that person's request. For business contacts, managing communications and relationships also relies on our legitimate interest in administering business dealings. Contract records are processed to perform the contract, and statutory records to meet legal obligations. Proportionate legitimate interests support site security and abuse prevention. Marketing consent is not required to receive a reply.
Recipients and providers
Access is restricted to authorised RAISINFTD personnel and necessary technical providers, including Netlify for hosting and form processing and the company's email provider. Professional advisers and competent authorities receive information only when necessary or legally required. We do not sell enquiries or automatically add them to a marketing list.
International processing
Technical infrastructure and subprocessors may process information outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Applicable safeguards depend on the service and processing agreement, using European Commission standard contractual clauses where required or another appropriate lawful mechanism. Contact business@raisinftd.store for available information about safeguards. We do not claim exclusively French hosting.
Limited retention
An enquiry that does not proceed is retained for no more than twelve months after the last useful exchange, unless justified evidence preservation is necessary. Accepted-project information is retained during performance, then in restricted archives as needed for obligations and legal claims: generally five years for commercial records and ten years for accounting records. Electronic consumer contracts worth at least €120 are archived for ten years from service performance under applicable rules. Information no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights and precautions
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests, subject to legal conditions. Write to business@raisinftd.store; further identity checks are requested only when necessary and proportionate. You may complain to the CNIL at www.cnil.fr or the competent supervisory authority. Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, identity documents or sensitive information through the form. No automated decision producing legal effects is made from your enquiry.
