An enquiry can be withdrawn
Before a contract is concluded, simply email business@raisinftd.store to stop or change your enquiry. Selecting services and submitting the form trigger neither a paid service nor a contractual withdrawal period.
Period for a later contract
For a distance service contract with a consumer, the statutory period is normally fourteen days from contract conclusion. Before it expires, send a clear statement to RAISINFTD at business@raisinftd.store or 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France. You may use the downloadable model, but do not have to. No reason for your decision is required.
Requested start before the period ends
An early start requires your express request, separate from a quotation enquiry. If you withdraw after performance validly started at your request, only the legally permitted proportionate amount for work actually supplied may be due. Loss of the right for a fully performed paid service requires the legally prescribed agreements and acknowledgements. Digital content without a physical medium has separate express-consent, acknowledgement and confirmation conditions. A service being bespoke does not automatically remove this right.
Refund and acknowledgement
Where a refund is due following withdrawal, payment is refunded within fourteen days of notification, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another fee-free method. RAISINFTD processes the request; a generic project-enquiry receipt page is not evidence of withdrawal or a contract confirmation. Keep the email or other record evidencing your statement.
