How the work takes shape

Together we select one journey — contact, quotation request or offer discovery — and review up to five page templates on desktop and mobile. Each observation separates the issue, its possible effect and a practical improvement.

Illustrative example: for a booking site, we review how visitors understand the offer and reach the form, without inventing conversion results.
