Your enquiry is reviewed without payment or contract acceptance on the site. Before any later agreement, RAISINFTD supplies the essential characteristics, total price, performance and payment arrangements, contact details, withdrawal conditions and guarantee information. You must be able to retain this information on a durable medium, such as an email with the quotation and its terms attached.
Compatibility and agreed result
The scope identifies relevant devices, browsers, software or accounts, required inputs and third-party dependencies. Excluded licence, hosting or subscription costs are disclosed before agreement. No quantified commercial result, search-engine position or absolute security is promised. This does not limit the duty to deliver a service matching its contractual characteristics and applicable rights.
Digital content and digital services
Where a service falls within the statutory guarantee for digital content or digital services, RAISINFTD is responsible for defects existing at supply and appearing within two years for a one-off supply. For continuous supply, conformity obligations cover the contractual supply period. Rights to necessary updates continue to apply. The quotation distinguishes these situations from a consultancy-only engagement.
If something goes wrong
Report a defect to business@raisinftd.store, describing the problem and context without sharing login secrets. Where the statutory digital regime applies, conformity must be restored free of charge, without undue delay or major inconvenience. Statutory conditions may entitle you to a price reduction or contract termination. Any commercial support arrangement does not replace those rights.
