Advice and a focused roadmap

Digital direction

You have a digital question but not yet a specification. This advice package helps define the need, compare options and decide what should happen next.

Digital serviceTwo conversations, one decision
A project shaped around you.
THE STARTING POINT

Why this service?

A small organisation does not always need an immediate technical project. First it may need an outside perspective on a tool, working setup or future website.

IN PRACTICE

Move forward with a clearer question.

01

Frame the question

02

Compare the options

03

Decide what follows

Concept demonstration — not a customer result or a real assessment.

How the work takes shape

Two remote meetings of up to ninety minutes frame a limited document review. We provide a decision note and a short roadmap, making assumptions, dependencies and open questions explicit.

Illustrative example: compare adapting an existing tool with custom development without assuming either option must be right.

What you receive

  • Two meetings of up to ninety minutes
  • Review of up to three documents or resources
  • A structured decision note
  • A short roadmap

What we prepare together

  1. 01One main question
  2. 02Constraints and options already considered
  3. 03Up to three useful documents

Clear boundaries

One-off advice on one defined topic. Technical implementation, exhaustive vendor research, legal advice and permanent availability are excluded.

Useful questions

Must we order development afterwards?

No. Advice does not require an implementation order.

Is the roadmap a quotation?

No. It supports a decision; implementation requires a separate proposal.
